INSITU CLEANING AND COATING - This is a process that internally cleans and coats long pipeline sections and is used to rehabilitate existing pipelines or extend the life of new pipelines. A specially formulated epoxy coating is applied by batch pig method after mechanical and chemical cleaning.  The benefits include longer pipeline life, increased flow, reduced inhibitor cost, lower maintenance cost product purity and lower energy costs.

PIPELINE CLEANING - We offer a complete range of pipeline cleaning services including maintenance pigging, mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning and acid cleaning for all pipeline applications.  We can develop a cleaning program that is custom designed to include the right combination of detergents, surfactants or acids and custom pigs to efficiently clean to the desired result.

PIPELINE DEHYDRATING - This is a service which uses portable dehydrating equipment which is mobilized to the project site and produces dry air to dew points of minus 40 degrees for cleaning and drying pipelines.  This service is commonly used after hydrostatic testing and pipeline commissioning.

NITROGEN PURGING - This is a service where we provide specialty portable pig launching and receiving stations and the pipeline is pigged to remove all liquids and left with a nitrogen pack on the system.  This is used primarily in preparation for retrofit and upgrading or abandonment purposes.

THROUGHPUT ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMS - Fullkote’s advanced cleaning technologies can increase pipeline flow efficiency as much as 15% to 30%.designed and we can help design a program that can be administered periodically to maintain cleanliness and peak efficiency.

MUNICIPAL CLEANING AND SWABBING - This is the division which works primarily with cities and towns providing water pipeline cleaning.

ON-STREAM MECHANICAL CLEANING - Utilizing the patented DDT Pigg Fullkote can remove the hardest scales and deposits on-stream.  The process removes deposits in the pipeline in a series of highly controlled incremental cleaning runs.

HYDROSTATIC TEST WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT - Fullkote now offers new state-of-the-art equipment for the treatment of hydrocarbon contaminated hydrostatic test water for the pipeline and tank storage industries.
